What metalworking services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of metalworking services, including sheet metal laser cutting, tube and profile laser cutting, sheet metal and tube bending, robot welding, powder coating, manual and robotic welding, milling and shot blasting.

What is the maximum thickness of the material that can be processed?

The maximum thickness we are able to process depends on the type of material. In the case of sheet metal laser cutting, for black steel it is 40 mm, for stainless steel 50 mm and for aluminum also 50 mm. We also offer laser cutting of pipes and profiles, where the maximum material thicknesses are: black steel - 8 mm, stainless steel - 5 mm, aluminum - 5 mm, brass - 5 mm, copper - 3 mm.

Do you offer delivery and transportation of finished products?

Yes, we provide delivery and transportation services of finished products. We have a well-organized logistics system that enables us to provide timely and safe delivery throughout the country. This allows us to provide our customers with a comprehensive service, including not only the metalworking itself, but also the delivery of final products to the indicated address.

Laser cutting in metal, i.e. highest precision cutting and short lead times

The offer of our services includes professional laser metal cutting. We are engaged in cutting metal sheets, profiles and pipes of various thicknesses and diameters. Laser processing involves thermal separation of metals. It allows us to obtain a very precise cut line, and due to the precise processing of the edges, the workpiece is basically ready for immediate use, without the need for grinding or dulling the edges. This is why laser cutting in metal is very popular in manufacturing and automotive industries, where precision is particularly important, as well as short lead times.

Professional CNC machining according to customer specifications

An important part of our daily work is the bending of sheet metal and pipes, which we perform using a modern, very precise CNC method. Such a solution allows us to freely shape metal elements, depending on the individual needs of the client, and also ensures perfect repeatability of the prepared shapes. In this case, our advanced machinery and experienced specialists are a guarantee of the quality of the executed orders. We use similar technology during many other tasks, such as CNC machining. Professional metal cutting is an effective method that uses a special blade to remove excess material. In this way, we can precisely prepare a component according to the parameters provided by the customer. CNC machining can include, among other things, changing the shape, reducing the dimensions or changing the surface structure.
