§.1 General Provisions
1. The administrator of the data is Fabryka 4x4 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością SPÓŁKA SPANDYTOWA with its registered office at ul. Polna 24, 38-457 Szczepańcowa, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000681808, REGON 367477545, NIP 6842646355 .
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of commonly applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
3. The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
5. Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Administrator
6. The seller is the data administrator of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
7. Personal data is processed:a. in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data,b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Sales Agreement, amend or terminate it and the proper implementation of services,d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent expressed by the User.
8. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access the data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

10. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
11. The Seller has the right to share your personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
12. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
13. The Seller shall not make personal data available to other entities than those authorized under the relevant laws.
14. Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate.
